Activewear Fabric Selection for Start-Up Brands
Start-up activewear brands often choose their colors from our extensive stock. These stocks are not remnants; they are regularly flown in via weekly flights to ensure fresh, trendy colors are always available as production demands. With over 80 trending colors to choose from and no minimum order quantity (MOQ) per color, this provides an ideal starting point for your sustainable activewear journey.
As your brand grows, you may find it beneficial to request specific colors to be imported in larger quantities. We offer the option to import colors in 70-meter roll-based lots, which are used in your production purchase orders (PO). One roll can produce approximately 50 sets of leggings and sports tops. Importing a 70-meter roll takes several weeks from order to delivery, so planning ahead is crucial to ensure your production timeline remains on track. Larger orders may extend the production time, so it’s essential to factor in these additional weeks when placing bulk POs.
This approach allows start-up brands to maintain flexibility and responsiveness to market trends while also scaling up efficiently as demand increases. Adding Prints to your Collection
Contrary to what most people think, printing fabrics is far easier & faster than dying in plain colours. We usually handle print requests overseas using Italian MS print machines. This is due to the superior colour saturation on softer fabric than anything printed in China. Alternatively, if you’re short on time, we print in China on REPREVE® PL (polyester).
