Design & Sampling Policy
At CozyActive, we provide two flexible design options to suit your development needs:
Ready-to-Order (RTO) Designs
Our RTO styles are pre-developed, trend-driven designs that are ready for immediate sampling or bulk ordering.
- No MOQ for blank (non-branded) RTO styles
- To add your own logo. the MOQ is 30 pieces per style
- Custom modifications to RTO designs (e.g. fabric/color changes) may incur additional fees
Full Custom Designs (OEM)
For brands that require exclusive, fully customized styles:
- Sample fee: $75 – $100 per design (It depends on the complexity of the specific design.)
- Refundable: The sample fee will be fully refunded when the bulk order meets our MOQ (300 pcs per style per color).
- We assist with fabric selection, sizing, fit adjustment, and logo application to ensure your vision is accurately produced
