Step 2: Selecting your Fabrics and Colors
Selecting colours from our stocks allows bulk orders to be processed faster. As stock colours have no MOQ, you can add more colours to your bulk PO. Step 3: Adding Prints
If you love prints, we print using MS Italian print machines overseas, due to the colour saturation & true-to-life to life imagery being far superior to anything in Bali. These are then flown in via weekly flights.

To get started, simply provide us with the designs you want to produce in the specific fabric color or print you desire. Choose one of the three pricing options below, and we’ll deliver the best possible price for top-quality products. Only after you approve our prices will we need the exact colors and prints you’ll be using.
1. Custom Designs
Submitting your custom designs to CozyActive is simple and straightforward. Nowadays, brand owners often send us screenshots of their designs with notes on any modifications they want us to implement. You can also provide tech packs and clear line drawings. Send your design handover via email or WhatsApp in Word or PDF format, and we’ll take care of the rest.
2. Ready-To-Order Designs
Our ready-to-order collection features some of our best-selling items and the latest trending shapes for late 2024. What you see in our catalogue is exactly what you’ll receive in the fabric color or print you select. Many clients find this option saves time and money on sampling and move directly to bulk orders. Whether to sample or not is always your choice. We will add your custom-branded logo on the inside back, making these designs uniquely yours.
To proceed, add your selected codes, fabric, and colors to the provided form, along with the desired fabric color or print for production.

3. Mix & Match
At CozyActive, you also have the flexibility to mix and match our designs with your own. Send us your chosen designs, including our design codes, screenshots of your custom creations, and any changes you want to be implemented. Submit this information via email, and we will work with you to blend your unique vision with our proven designs.
Handover and Mock-Up Example
Here’s an excellent example of a client handover. The client provided clear screenshots and notes detailing the fabric, color, and print they wanted for their designs. They also included their custom logo and design layout for the heat press application. This thorough approach ensures we can accurately produce their vision and meet their specific requirements.
After we provided the pricing and received payment for samples, we created a 2D mock-up of the collection in their selected colors and print. This mock-up allowed for greater visualization of the collection’s final appearance, ensuring that the client could see how their designs would look once produced.
