At CozyActive, we employ state-of-the-art Italian MS machines to print on super-soft recycled polyester and REPREVE® nylon from the US. Unlike swimwear, polyester is the preferred fabric for activewear brands due to its excellent shape retention properties. Regardless of the intensity of the workout, polyester always returns to its original shape, ensuring durability and consistent performance. Both nylon and polyester provide a super-soft hand feel, comfortable compression, sweat-wicking, and squat-proof properties, making them ideal choices for high-quality activewear.
Superior Print Quality and Color Saturation
To achieve superior print quality and color saturation, we print our fabrics overseas and transport them to Bali via weekly flights. This process ensures that the motifs on your activewear never look tired or fade, maintaining their fresh appearance over time. For optimal results, artwork must be submitted in vector format (EPS, PDF, CDR, SVG, or Ai) with a resolution of 300 dpi, and it must be repeatable and scalable. If you find this complex, simply send us what you have, and our graphics team will assist you at no additional cost.
Sample Meters and Order Processing
For sample orders, we print in 2-meter sections, whereas bulk orders are printed on 70-meter rolls or more. Whether it’s for strike-offs or production orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. If you need a faster solution, we also print on Eco-Olympus in China, which takes just 2 days and requires no minimum order quantity (MOQ).
Custom Prints: Create or Purchase Online
Creating custom prints by hand can be time-consuming and costly, requiring advanced graphic skills or the expense of hiring a professional. Many activewear brands opt to purchase ready-made motifs online to save time and effort. Websites like Shutterstock offer a vast selection of prints that can be purchased for a few dollars. Simply use the search bar to describe the motif you seek, select the vector format, and refine your search to find the perfect design.
Once you’ve selected your motif, send us the links with screenshots, and we’ll check their suitability for printing. Upon approval, you can either purchase the motifs yourself or request that we purchase them for a $20 fee.
Editing and Mock-Ups
Creating prints in vector format allows for quick and easy color edits. For example, a motif in soft peach, beige, grayish green, blue, and black can be edited to black, nude, and burnt orange within minutes.
