MOQ

Our minimum order quantity is 300 pieces per PO in as many designs, colours & sizes,
for example, 150 activewear leggings and sports tops sets, 30 per design, three pieces per size, colour, and print.

Colors & Prints

At CozyActive, we are proud to offer a wide selection of over 80 trending colors in stock for your activewear needs. Unlike leftover materials, our fabrics are freshly imported in rolls and cut specifically for your orders, ensuring the highest quality and freshness. For colors that are not currently in stock, we import them in 70-meter rolls, which are then used exclusively for your production order. This approach allows us to maintain a vast and vibrant palette, ensuring your custom designs always have the perfect shade.

We take fabric quality and color vibrancy seriously. Our printing process utilizes superior materials and advanced technology. We print Nylon from REPREVE®, an exceptional recycled fabric sourced from the United States, and Polyester from Power Fit in Korea. These fabrics are printed using Italian print machines, renowned for their ability to produce superior color richness and hues, far surpassing any local printing capabilities in China. Our commitment to quality ensures that the colors in your activewear will never fade, even after many years of use. This dedication to excellence guarantees that your designs not only look stunning but also stand the test of time.

Bulk PO’s

Once you have determined your prices and selected your preferred colors or prints, you are ready to place a bulk purchase order. Simply Download order form form and fill in the columns with the designs you wish to order, specifying the fabric and color for each item.

If you need any clarification, leave the relevant cell blank, and our team will get back to you. For those unsure about which fabric to choose, we can price your items in Comfort Luxe and Eco Olympus, depending on the level of compression you desire.

Once all details are clear, you will receive an invoice requiring a 50% down payment to initiate production of your order. Our streamlined process ensures that placing your bulk order is simple and efficient. If you have any questions or need assistance, our team is here to help every step of the way.

Branded Accessories

We offer customized accessories for most swim brands. In the notes section of the order form, describe the specific accessories you’re seeking. Whether it’s custom tags, logos, or unique design elements, provide as much detail as possible. Our team will review your request and get back to you to discuss the best options to meet your needs.

Added Logo

Upon receiving your bulk PO, we add a heat press to the inside back of each article to make any design individually yours. Heat presses will not flake, crack or peel under most conditions. Heat presses will not flake, crack or peel under most conditions.

We add your brand logo to as many locations as possible. This can be added under the bust or around the waist, such as Nike’s “Just Do It” symbol, replacing conventional elastic with elasticated jacquard. A simple but extremely effective way of marketing your brand name & adding a special look to your collection. You can also brand the packaging & add additional heat presses.

Art Work

To ensure the highest quality for your custom branding, logos must be submitted in Vector format in EPS, PDF, CDR, or JPEG format with a resolution of 300 pixels per inch. This is a crucial step, as we cannot process any orders without the appropriate logo files. Please take care of this simple task during the sampling phase to avoid delays.

Timelines

For bulk purchase orders, if you choose colors from our existing stock, we typically dispatch within six weeks of receiving your deposit. However, if you request specific colors, prints, or branded accessories, the timeline will be extended by a few additional weeks. We recommend contacting us directly as we may be able to offer faster turnaround times depending on the specifics of your order.

By planning ahead and communicating your needs early, you can help ensure a smooth and timely production process.

QC

At CozyActive, every order undergoes a rigorous three-stage quality control process to ensure that each piece is ready for sale upon arrival.
1. Sizing and Grading: We begin by meticulously checking the sizing and grading of each garment to ensure it meets the specified measurements.
2. Stitching Quality: The next step involves inspecting the stitching to ensure it is straight and even, with no loose threads or defects.
3. Final Touches: At the final station, each piece is steam pressed to perfection. We then add fabric and custom branded hangtags.
After passing all three quality checks, we add a barcode and pack each item into a biodegradable bag, ready for boxing. DHL will then pick up the ready boxes for delivery. If any article does not meet our strict standards, it will be removed and remade to ensure only the best quality reaches you.

Dispatch

We ship orders using DHL or FedEx using our company account or yours. DHL arrives daily at our office to pick up orders and deliver samples and accessories.

From the time of pickup to the time of delivery, please allow 3-7 working days.
