With sample turnaround times starting at just seven days, we ensure your activewear designs come to life quickly. By providing us with clear and concise design instructions, we can create patterns in as little as 72 hours and have samples ready to ship within a week, depending on the complexity of the design. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality products efficiently and effectively.

Please note that timelines may vary based on the number of clients in the queue, the time of year, and other factors. We will promptly provide you with our best estimate for sample production time once we receive your request.
Design & Sampling Policy
At CozyActive, we provide two flexible design options to suit your development needs:
Ready-to-Order (RTO) Designs
Our RTO styles are pre-developed, trend-driven designs that are ready for immediate sampling or bulk ordering.
- No MOQ for blank (non-branded) RTO styles
- To add your own logo. the MOQ is 30 pieces per style
- Custom modifications to RTO designs (e.g. fabric/color changes) may incur additional fees
Full Custom Designs (OEM)
For brands that require exclusive, fully customized styles:
- Sample fee: $100 per design
- Refundable: The sample fee will be fully refunded when the final order meets our standard MOQ
- We assist with fabric selection, sizing, fit adjustment, and logo application to ensure your vision is accurately produced
Production Timeline
- Sample Lead Time: 7-10 working days
- Bulk Production Time: 25-30 days after sample approval
Fabrics & Colors
In addition to offering a vast selection of the latest trending colors for 2025, we can also import any color not currently in stock upon request.
Selecting the right fabric for your activity is essential for optimal performance. For designing activewear aimed at gym enthusiasts, we recommend high-compression fabrics like Eco Olympus, which are widely preferred. If you need a more flexible fabric suitable for lighter workouts, athleisure wear, or yoga, our top recommendation is Comfort Lux, our most popular fabric.
